The Image of the Beast
Revelation 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. (15) And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
Introduction
If you are a first time reader, I suggest that you read Singularity and The Image of the Beast about man merging with machines and Genetic Armageddon about man’s DNA being altered. Together they show scientists are on the verge of creating a transhuman: a beast that is part human and part something else. Creating a transhuman is right on top of us!
I believe that tampering with the integrity of man is a KEY sign of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. God will put a stop to this at His return. It appears from Revelation 13:15 that man will succeed in creating a transhuman, which the Bible calls “The Image of the Beast.” What I am posting is NOT science fiction.
From charting the advancement toward a transhuman being, it is possible to get an idea how close man is to God’s judgment. God must stop the creation of transhumans because these creatures are not created in His image and likeness; therefore, they cannot be redeemed through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
What I do in this blog is keep the reader on the cutting edge of technology advancements that are directly leading to the Image of the Beast. These advancements are reported under headings that include: Computer Brain, Digitized Mind, Robotic Body, Cyborg, Genetic Armageddon, Chimera, and Advanced Technology.
This blog is the complement to the “666 Surveillance System” which focuses on technological innovations leading to the rise of a government so repressive and controlling that it’s called a “Beast” state.
Revelation 22:20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
Commentary
Transhumanism is taking off in the media as science continues to push the boundaries. Even some Christians are jumping on the bandwagon, arguing that it’s part of our spiritual evolution, as well as a type of physical evolution and therefore, it’s our duty to embrace it. Below you’ll find a clip of scenes from the new documentary film, “Inhuman” where proponents discuss some of these positions from a pro-transhuman viewpoint. The clip uses these statements for contrast with what we know the Bible teaches about our original creation in God’s image.
Yet this is becoming ever more subtle and confusing for those who don’t already have a strong Christian worldview, that is, for the spiritually naive. It’s imperative that we take an interest in the topic so that it doesn’t come upon us suddenly, lest we find ourselves manipulated by the propaganda that the media is putting forth. There is a clear agenda to drive this research forward, and some of the richest, most influential men in the tech world are contributing billions of dollars to pursue their agenda of eternal life, or at least extended life so that they are virtually immortal, without God.
2 Timothy 2:15-16 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
But while the promise of eternal life in this world may be one of the lures for the mass of people who are deceived into accepting the Beast system, and worshiping its leader, it appears that the actual transhuman modification won’t be for the masses but only for the elite, however the media portrays it their quest to program and deceive those without Christ. It seems apparent though, that the Image of the Beast will not be human as we understand the term at present, but that it will be used as a prototype and a draw for those who become part of that system.
Transhumanism/Cyborg/Robotic Body
New Technologies Boosting Transhumanist Agenda This is a most interesting article because it addresses the fact that transhumanism is becoming a religion unto itself, with proponents offering numerous rationalizations about how it’s for the advancement of humanity. The press is pushing that viewpoint heavily. Yet it also notes that this is more than a scientific belief, that it’s driven by occult forces in many instances, and that it ultimately may be the one-world religion spoken about in the Bible. That’s why the quote is longer than usual – because it ties many of these ideas together in a few short paragraphs.
“Will there one day be a one-world religion? If so, what will it look like? Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, or any other particular faith in the world? Perhaps it would look somewhat agnostic, pagan, shamanistic, occultic or atheistic? Or even an ecumenical blend of all of the above? Perhaps even none of the above?
The Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies recently examined the area of Transhumanism and wondered if it might actually turn out to be ‘mankinds final religion’.
“Transhumanism is a class of philosophies of life that seek the continuation and acceleration of the evolution of intelligent life beyond its currently human form and human limitations by means of science and technology, guided by life-promoting principles and values.”
The average Transhumanist is typically male, likely to be an engineer or scientist, technologically savvy and could easily be one of a “non-negligible contingent of current or former occultists”. His/her primary goals and ambitions include the elimination of aging, eternal existence via ‘upward evolution’, achieving super-intelligence and maximising the use of artificial intelligence… Generally, anything that would help mankind to ‘transcend humanity’ would be considered part of the transhumanist exhaustive agenda.
Bruere further states that Transhumanist goals “address the deepest hopes and fears of the human mind life, death, the afterlife, immortality, the nature of God(s) and the destiny of the universe”. Sounds very much like your typical religion. However, the difference, based on Brueres controversial viewpoint, is that “unlike conventional religions they (transhumanists) seek hard engineering answers rather than ill-defined and ancient obfuscations”.
]Zoltan] Istvans reasons for being so delighted with 2015 were published in an article for the Huffington Post in late December. He focused on the wide and largely positive exposure given to the Transhumanist cause, predominantly via news websites, TV interviews and social media…The most important aim for many transhumanists is to overcome human mortality, a goal some believe is achievable by 2045.”
Humans will soon live to 500: Google bosses fund astonishing quest for ETERNAL LIFE
“THE QUEST for eternal life has been chased by many over the centuries and now the brains behind Google believe they could soon crack the code – and we could all live to 500 years old.
Tech moguls are leading the way in funding research into longevity, with Bill Maris, head of Google’s multi billion dollar investment arm, saying he thinks people could live to 500. He said: “We have tools in the life sciences to achieve anything you have the audacity to envision. I just hope to live long enough not to die.”
His faith in technological advances is mirrored by Google co-founder Sergey Brin who believes one day death will be “cured”. The computer wizard, who is worth £27.9 billion, is being joined by other tech heavyweights ploughing billions of dollars into research to defeat the ageing process.
Software mogul Larry Ellison (the world’s fourth richest person) has called the acceptance of inevitable death “incomprehensible” while British gerontology theorist Aubrey de Grey believes the first person to live to 1,000 years old has already been born. He believes genetic engineering of our bodies’ cells will be the key to avoiding ageing and people need to stop thinking ageing is inevitable by viewing the body like a vintage car – if maintained properly it can keep on going indefinitely.
[R]esearch centres around the world are working on revolutionary ways of extending our lifespan. From genetic engineering and microscopic robots turbo-charging immune systems to injecting stem cells and blood transfusions from younger people, an incredible amount of cash is being pumped into making us live longer and appear younger.”
The Year We Decided to Live Forever
“Silicon Valley came up with a lot of things this year [2015], like creating an on demand pot-to-front-door service, and devising a sparkly way of destroying enemies by shipping them glitter—but one thing it’s still working on is figuring out how humans can live forever. Research into surpassing life expectancy norms has become the pet project of tech billionaires, with entrepreneurs from Mark Zuckerberg to Sergey Brin writing out million-dollar checks to fund their quest.
The list of entrepreneurs jumping on the death-defying bandwagon has grown rapidly over the past few years, creating a veritable who’s who of generous donors.
The pursuit of stopping the clock on corporeal degeneration has become increasingly aggressive in those intervening years, with 2015 proving to be the most dogged yet. The 2045 Initiative—Dmitry Itskov’s life-extension organization seeking to transfer personalities onto non-biological items and, ultimately, immortality—projected that this year could be the first in which such a system was created.
The “brain computer interface” has been slated for launch anytime between now and 2020, dispelling naysayers’ qualms that such technologies only have a chance of existing in the very distant future. And there’s certainly no shortage of money to keep powering this research….”
New company claims they’ll be able to RESURRECT THE DEAD by 2045
“Entrepreneur Josh Bocanegra attracted a lot of attention when he announced his new artificial intelligence company Humai. Why? Because he claims that by 2045, they’ll be able to resurrect the dead.
The new company are aiming to “extend and enhance life” by freezing human brains for extended periods of time using cryonics, a deep freezing technology using very low temperatures, and then putting them into artificial bodies.
But Josh claims the company’s ultimate goal is to preserve a human brain BEFORE a person dies. He claims if they were able to transplant a live person’s brain into a bionic body, than it would “achieve a point where no one has to die at all.” Josh hopes to accomplish this in the next 30 years.”
Could this be humanity’s LAST century? Expert says ‘re-engineering our children’ will lead to the creation of a new species We’ve broken this article into 2 parts, with the first appearing in our last post, Human-animal chimera are here, on US research farms where we discussed the possibility of “alien children” through re-engineering to transform them from something other than humans made in God’s image. In this part, we’ll focus on the role of transhumanism in those creations.
“‘Perhaps we can promulgate our culture and ourselves by putting chips in our brains or simply uploading our brains to the machines. But you can be sure that the result will not be Homo sapiens as we’ve known him for 50,000 years.’
We could all soon witness a day when man and machine combine to make humans immortal. That’s the firm belief of Zoltan Istvan, a third-party presidential candidate who wants to… cheat death itself. Istvan says one possibility is uploading parts of his personality to a machine so that future generations can reconstruct a realistic avatar that recreates his being.
‘What happens is you take a complete scan of the brain with incredible detail using technology that is already available to some extent,’ he said. ‘Then in 20 or 30 years when the technology arrives, we upload these detailed scans to a machine, which reconfigures the brain circuitry using sophisticated algorithms.’
If all goes well, it may be possible to have an uploaded consciousness that exactly resembles someone’s personality. From this point, he says, people could transform themselves as an avatar and live in virtual reality.”
Researchers unveil first biologically powered ‘cyborg’ computer chip and say it could be able to taste and smell This is just one more advance toward the creation of the Image of the Beast.
“For the first time, scientist have developed an electronic chip made of both biological and solid-state components. It could lead to a new generation of ‘cyborg’ chips blending senses such as taste or smell with traditional electronic components.
They combined solid-state complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) integrated circuit with an artificial lipid bilayer membrane made of ATP-powered ion pumps to create a ‘biochip’.
The ability to build a system that combines the power of solid-state electronics with the capabilities of biological components has great promise.
‘You need a bomb-sniffing dog now, but if you can take just the part of the dog that is useful — the molecules that are doing the sensing — we wouldn’t need the whole animal,’ says Shepard.”

The implant will enable people with a rare eye disease to see
Bionic eye could restore sight and give hope to thousands of blind people This type of eye might be similar to the one functioning in the Image of the Beast, as it is developed.
“A bionic eye could restore sight to some blind people. Scientists have developed an implant, which delivers long pulses of electrical current in people blinded by a rare condition in which photoreceptor cells gradually cease to work.
It brings hope to the 20,000 Britons with incurable retinitis pigmentosa (RP) after a study showed the device improves image sharpness. RP is a rare hereditary condition that causes gradual deterioration of the light-detecting cells in the retina, which can lead to blindness. The disease affects about one in 4,000 people.
Prof James Weiland said: “Our findings further support it is possible for patients with RP to see forms using artificial vision. “This makes a strong case for developing high-resolution retinal implants.”
Conclusion
Revelation 14:9-11 … If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
